WTF?
Duquesne Constable Frank Cobb is arrested by McKeesport Police and locked up and not even a mention of it here on this site?
That one got by us... tell us more so we can share!
Duquesne duly elected public official Constable Frank Cobb has already had his work cut off by the Leftster after one of Duquesne's finest, Kuks, for some reason was diving around with Cobbs in the front seat. For some reason... Cobbs pulled out his "black snake" and "inapproatily touched" Kuks and she was not ready for it.Kuks complained to Lefty, and officers were instructed not to call Cobbs. Ironically, no charges were filed, no criminal investigation, no discipline for thye officer for even being in that predicimant.
Question- If an on duty male officer was riding around with a female in the front seat, and they got involved in a domestic and questions arose involving alleged sexual assault, what would Lefty do???
According to the Nov 20 Daily News, Cobb was arrested for Impersonating a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkeness.
Gossip states that Cobb and 2 drug dealers were at a bar in Mckeesport and Cobb got into a drunken altercation with some Mckeesport cops and got himself arrested. He told them he was a police officer. He is in fact an out of work constable, drug dealer, and according to one Duke cop with first hand knowledge, a liar when it comes to him portraying himself as having a "black snake" which in reality is the size of a newborn.
Why is one of Duquesne's female police officers openly allowed to get away with this illicit activity?
By not taking action against it, you are saying its ok to fornicate on duty.
Does that go for all the city workers?
Tax dollars at work.
