Kudos to Councilman Martin for keeping alive the legacy of his great-aunt who gave so much to our state and country through her art.However, in a story printed on March 24th, the Daily News reported that Mr. Martin "Spends a lot of time on the road" and "Recently he spent two weeks lecturing in North Carolina." One has to wonder how much time Mr. Martin has to commit to his duties as an APPOINTED Duquesne City Councilman.
Is he in town long enough to really know the issues or is he just told how to vote?
