In recent weeks, officers have broken up after hours parties at 525 West Grant Avenue on more than one occasion. The building owner told police that it was her residence and that she was "having some friends and family over." Odd that the county has that property listed as commercial not as residential.What is interesting is that after such an encounter with the police last weekend, sources say that a certain member of the police department received a call on his personal cell phone from the property owner. After that call he told his officers to "leave the place alone."
Not the first time... bet it won't be the last!
(by the way, can the police make or take bets?)

And the county real estate taxes were't paid for the last 4 years since 2005 according to the web site. I would bet that they city and school taxes were't paid either
I bet stubby would know.
