Happy belated birthday to mayor stubby who recently celebrated another year older. We heard it was a great party with lots of presents, cake, ice cream and live entertainment featuring Diana Ross & the Supremes singing their 1995 surprise hit "Love Child"We're guessing that cost a few bucks!
