Let us remind you stubby... when you were elected Mayor of Duquesne, you took an oath to serve your constituents. That service includes keeping them safe by providing protection. Over the past 10 days, we have counted over a dozen juvenile rock throwing incidents and nearly as many shots fired calls. By not providing the police protection we pay taxes for, you and council are failing to keep your oath. Its a matter of time before something bad happens to someone that you are responsible for. Are you prepared for that blood on your hands?
